Frequently Asked Questions

Reach out to jacqui@mosaicstudio.uk and confirm which workshop you'd like to attend and on which date.  If you're a group, confirm the number of participants.  You will receive an invoice and full payment via bank transfer is required up front to secure your place in the workshop.

Should you wish to host a workshop in the comfort of your own home, we will do our best to work to a date that suits you.  Ideally, you'll have a table big enough to seat your friends - everyone needs the same space as they would when having dinner.  We can bring a fold up table that seats 6, you will need to provide chairs.

If you get 5 friends together and including you there are 6 participants, your workshop is FREE of charge.

Whilst we try to contain the mosaic chips, it's inevitable that a few pieces will land on the floor so it's best not to host in a room with a carpet.

We'll provide the tea, coffee, sugar, milk and water as refreshments.  It would be fab if you would provide the kettle and the mugs!

Not much in life is free and that goes for parking in the centre of Leam.  

 We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as flexible as possible. Please review our cancellation and refund policy below:

Cancellation by Participant:

• More than 14 Days Before Workshop: If you cancel your booking more than 14 days before the scheduled workshop date, you are eligible for a full refund.
• 7-14 Days Before Workshop: Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days before the workshop will receive a 50% refund or the option to reschedule to a future workshop date (subject to availability).
• Less Than 7 Days Before Workshop: Cancellations made less than 7 days before the workshop are non-refundable. However, you may transfer your booking to another person with prior notice.

Cancellation by Mosaic Studio:

• In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or reschedule a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be notified as soon as possible. You will have the option to receive a full refund or to reschedule for a future workshop.

No-Shows:

• Participants who do not attend a scheduled workshop without prior notice are not eligible for a refund or rescheduling.

Refund Process:

• All refunds will be processed within 7 business days of the cancellation request. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during booking.

Rescheduling:

• If you wish to reschedule your booking, please contact us at least 7 days before the workshop date. Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be done within 3 months of the original booking.

Special Circumstances:

• We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel or reschedule due to a serious reason, please contact us directly, and we will do our best to accommodate your situation.
